VIRGINIA - In an interview with CNN, Winsome Earle-Sears touted meeting with Donald Trump to discuss her campaign, but failed to stand up to his reckless policies and advocate for Virginians’ jobs and healthcare.
“Winsome Earle-Sears has bragged again and again about her trip to the White House where she had the opportunity to stand up for Virginians’ jobs and healthcare to Trump’s face. She didn’t advocate for the Commonwealth then, and she definitely won't fight for them as governor,” said DPVA Spokesperson Maggie Amjad.

In a CNN interview, when asked if she supports Donald Trump’s attacks on Virginia’s jobs, Winsome Earle-Sears refused to answer and dismissed the jobs cuts saying she wants “to talk about real issues” instead.
Sears has defended Trump’s attacks on Virginia’s workforce and economy.
