Guarantee Voting Rights!

Resolution Supporting US Constitutional Amendment for Affirmative Voting Rights for All U. S. Citizens.

Passed by Wyoming Democrats Convention on June 1, 2024 in Casper, Wyoming.

Whereas, the right to vote is fundamental to the existence of all other rights in the continuation of our democratic form of government;

Whereas, the right to vote is under attack and subject to increasing restrictions which deny the right to vote to many Americans;

Therefore, be it resolved, the Wyoming Democratic Party advocates for and supports an amendment to the U.S. Constitution affirmatively guaranteeing the right to vote for all U.S. Citizens.
