Larry Hogan Holds Fundraiser with Former Speaker John Boehner on October 14, 2024

Hogan claims “independence” despite being bankrolled by prominent Republicans 

Larry Hogan is continuing to turn to prominent Republicans for campaign cash, with a fundraiser tonight with former Republican Speaker of the House John Boehner.

Hogan, who was personally recruited by Mitch McConnell and promises to caucus with Republicans, claims he is “independent” despite being bankrolled by the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), GOP-mega donors, Project 2025 authors, billionaire Trump supporters, and Republican senators who oppose abortion rights.
