Governor Kotek Orders Flags Return to Full Staff Following Pope Francis Day of Interment

Salem, OR – On May 1st, Governor Tina Kotek ordered flags at Oregon public institutions to be raised after an order on April 21st to fly flags at Oregon public institutions at half-staff, pursuant to a Presidential Proclamation in honor of the memory of His Holiness, Pope Francis until the day of interment.
