Getting to Know Neil Parrott by the Company He Keeps

Accepting Sheriff Jenkins’s endorsement highlights Parrott’s extremism

Neil Parrott, MAGA extremist and “least successful lawmaker” on Oct 11th, accepted the endorsement of Frederick County Sheriff Chuck Jenkins. Jenkins is currently under indictment for allegedly facilitating the sale of automatic machine guns. He is so extreme, he said, “Every Democrat in America is trying to destroy this country. I really believe that.”

“Given Parrott’s MAGA extremist positions across the board, it is no surprise that he is ‘honored’ to accept the endorsement of the indicted Sheriff Jenkins,” said MDP Spokesperson Luca Amayo. “It is ironic that Parrott chose to hold a press conference on law and order and the person he chose to highlight that issue is currently under indictment. Instead of working to build bridges across the aisle, it is clear Parrott is more interested in joining the rubber stamp MAGA caucus in Washington. Voters will not let Parrott hide from his extreme record on choice and domestic violence.”
